Hi y'all!
I’m Hannah, a photographer and student in beautiful Stellenbosch!
While I’ve been photographing nature and architecture for years, I became a freelance photographer in 2025 because I love capturing those created in God’s image- you gorgeous people! I see my photography as a way to bring stories to life, and to show YOU the beauty you were created with.
Because of photography, I see the world as more beautiful, and I see the beauty in every moment. Because of this vision the Lord has given me, I want to capture those picture-worthy moments not only for myself, but for others, too. And I believe in making those moments not only beautiful, but real and authentic.

My Journey So Far
1. Photography club member
2018-2022
In high school, I joined the photography club, and it sparked my love for capturing moments for others to treasure forever!
2. Online photography diploma
2020
During the Covid-19 lockdown, I decided to use my extra time to obtain a diploma in photography online, which taught me the skill to match my passion.
3. Capturing my own memories
2023-2024
After high school, I took a gap year and travelled around Europe, capturing the beauty I saw, and I continued doing so when I moved to Stellenbosch in 2024.
4. Started capturing others' memories
January 2025
I decided to start offering my services as a photographer to others and begin my small business!

Fun facts
I have an American Accent
Though I am South African, I spent the first 9 years of my life abroad and developed an American accent that has never gone away!
I have a LOT of hobbies
Singing, playing the flute, ballroom dancing, hiking, embroidery and more- you won't see me bored very often!
I speak 3 languages
English, Afrikaans and French 🙂
I have been to 21 countries
I am completely obsessed with travel, and it feels like I've only just begun to discover all that this beautiful world has to offer!

My superpowers
Making anyone feel comfortable!
You do NOT need to stress if you feel like you are the most awkward person in front of a camera, or if you have no idea how to pose. I've got you covered with fun prompts and elegant poses for everyone!
Editing skilfully
I take care with every photo I edit in Adobe Lightroom to bring out the best in that image. I carefully select the images that are the most meaningful and I don't limit my galleries to a certain number, because I don't want to limit your memories!
Knowing my camera
It is a priority for me to understand my camera and the intricate details of the way to use my camera's setting and lenses to make beautiful images. For this reason, I can adapt to different lightings and situations without stress.
Having fun!
I believe that the best photos are produced when we are all having fun! I love clients who are down for anything, no matter how silly. It is important for me that not only the photos are memories, but the actual experience of the photoshoot is a memory you treasure forever.
